A 60-minute class for all levels including: 45 minutes of relaxing Yin Yoga practice and 15 minutes of guided meditation. Following the class, there will be a 15-minute optional discussion for interested students, with a theme of group intention-setting and world-healing. (Scheduled on alternating weeks)
