Live Stream Physics of Flight Yoga Workshop

In this workshop we will move through the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, focusing on building strength in the shoulders and upper back to give you more airtime as you (perhaps) float forward! From sun salutation A we will work on correct alignment for chaturanga dandasana, transferring the weight to hands, and jumping the feet to hands. Coming down to seated we will bring the focus toward lifting yourself up, jumping back, and floating through. The postures we will practice are also wonderful building blocks toward challenging inversions like headstand or handstand. Come hydrated, and ready to sweat!
