You will get an introduction to SUP with Mike MacDonald, RYT 200, ACA Level 2 SUP, Paddle Fit Level 2, and enjoy a full yoga class with Mike MacDonald, Kaitlyn Zwagerman, RYT 200, Bob Speck, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, Nancy Wise, RYT 200 and have plenty of paddle time to explore Gayle Meadows. Asana poses are introduced gently with modifications tailored to the student's experience level and comfort zone. Practicing yoga on a SUP board encourages focus and being fully present in the moment. Doing yoga on a floating platform "requires full awareness, acceptance of Mother Nature's mood, and some humility for the occasional dip into the water!" These instructors enjoy sharing their deep appreciation of nature, and the added benefits that come from practicing yoga on calm water.
